These Terms & Conditions regulate the use of Jetbot.io services, together with our Privacy Policy and applicable WhatsApp Terms and Policies. By accessing or using Jetbot.io in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Jetbot.io reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective once published on the official Jetbot.io website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms represent a legally binding public offer. By using the service on behalf of yourself or an organization, you confirm that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms and bind the respective entity.

- Service Administration: Authorized representatives acting on behalf of Jetbot.io.
- WhatsApp: A messaging platform governed by WhatsApp LLC and its legal policies.
- Content: Any data, media, or information uploaded or transmitted using the service.
- Recipient: Any individual receiving WhatsApp messages via Jetbot.io.
2. Use of the Service
Jetbot.io services are accessible through a registered user account. Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Users are solely responsible for all activities performed through their account. Jetbot.io
shall not be liable for any unauthorized use resulting from negligence in securing account credentials. Only verified WhatsApp Business Manager accounts with valid Business Manager IDs are eligible to connect to Jetbot.io services. All connected phone numbers must belong to the same
Business Manager account.
3. Service Activation Procedure
To activate WhatsApp Business API services, users must submit a request through their Jetbot.io account, including a valid phone number capable of receiving verification calls or messages. Upon submission, Jetbot.io acts on behalf of the user to complete the WhatsApp Business API activation process. Final approval is subject to WhatsApp’s policies and discretion.
4. Service Usage Guidelines
All WhatsApp campaigns must be sent using templates pre-approved by WhatsApp. Users areresponsible for creating compliant templates and ensuring that content adheres to all applicable laws and WhatsApp policies. Jetbot.io strictly prohibits the use of its services for sending spam or promoting restricted goods and services, including but not limited to drugs, weapons, adult content, gambling, financial fraud, or any unlawful activity.
5. Payments & Billing
Users are billed based on message usage and active subscriptions according to Jetbot.io pricing plans. Charges apply only to successfully delivered messages. Pricing may vary by recipient country and is displayed within the user account. Jetbot.io does not charge additional monthly fees beyond subscription and message costs. Unused balances may be refunded subject to WhatsApp delivery reports.
6. Obligations of Users
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate registration and billing information
- Comply with all applicable laws and WhatsApp policies
- Obtain valid opt-in consent from message recipients
- Avoid abusive, misleading, or illegal content
- Assume full responsibility for all content sent via the service
7. Obligations of Jetbot.io
Jetbot.io will provide access to its services in accordance with these Terms and strive to maintain service availability. However, uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Jetbot.io services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding service availability, performance, or suitability for specific purposes.
Jetbot.io shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including restrictions imposed by WhatsApp.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kuwaiti courts.
